  We were greeted and seated almost immediately after walking in. (In the bar area) We sat for a good ten minutes before the waitress came for our drink order (It was two in the afternoon on Sat. busy, but, not slammed busy) She brought back our drink order, my water had something black floating in it, I asked for a replacement. We choose to order from the two for twenty menu, with chips and salsa as our appetizer. About fifteen minutes later, the waitress came back and told us the manager said they were out of chips for a little while.... we would have to chose another appetizer... we did not care for any of the other choices. She then told us she would have to charge us full price for the two dinners we ordered and "if" they had chips before we finished our meal, they would give us a bag to go. Seriously????? Some very poor planning to run out of a popular item on their menu... and charge us full price for their problem..... I don't think so.... We got up and left. I was never a big fan of Chili's in the first place.... won't go back.

  Great service and food our waitress was on top of it all even in a busy time frame.. needs improvement is your hostess program. She was terrible the other day when we were there on Saturday 3/04.. early evening.she was the cause to the back up at the door.
